Exhibitor passes and external parking passes
Exhibitor entrance passes are nominal and will be available in the exhibitor area starting in March. The number of exhibitor passes and external parking passes available is counted based on the chosen registration fee (see the table).
Only the main contact person will be able to generate other passes from the "Pass" item in the menu on the right of his exhibitor area*. We remind you to bring the pass with you which will entitle you to access the event from 8.30 to 18.30.
* The email address must not already be linked to an existing user.
INTERNAL PARKING
Each exhibitor will be entitled to 1 parking pass inside the exhibition center in the areas adjacent to pavilions 3-5-6.
It is possible to request additional passes for internal parking at a cost of €120.00 + VAT each (cost reserved for cars) by completing the G1 form on the Fiere di Parma services portal.
The Exhibitor is responsible for the correct use of these documents and is also responsible for the behavior of those who use them.
Delivery of parking passes
THE EXTERNAL CAR PASSES AND THE INTERNAL CAR PASS MUST BE COLLECTED AT THE FAIR, AT SATE 3 FOR EXHIBITORS IN HALLS 3-4, AT SATE 5 FOR EXHIBITORS IN HALLS 5-7, AT SATE 6 FOR EXHIBITORS IN HALL 6 STARTING FROM 08-05-2024.
Terms of admission to the exhibition area in the periods of booth set-up and dismantling
Access to the Parma Exhibition Centre is only possible upon display of a suitable Set-up/Dismantling Pass at the entrance, which can be downloaded from the Fiere di Parma services portal.
