At SPS Italia you may build your stand with OPR Allestimento or Fairconstruction. Of course you can also rely on a third-party company of your choice.

Outfitting and dismantling timetables
OUTFITTING
Outfitting operations for all stands and introduction of goods to be exhibited shall be carried out as per the dates and hours specified hereunder:

MONDAY 12‐05: Stands available for those who have requested pre-arranged areas.
DISMANTLING
Any operations regarding the dismantling of stands and the removal of fittings and exhibited goods shall be carried out as per the dates and hours specified hereunder:

THURSDAY 15 MAY FITTERS SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED IN.
STAND DISMANTLING AND DISASSEMBLING OPERATIONS SHALL START EXCLUSIVELY FROM 8:00 ON FRIDAY 16 MAY.
LOADING AND UNLOADING DURING THE EVENT
POSSIBILITY OF ACCESS WITH A DEPOSIT OF €100.00 IN CASH, FOR A MAXIMUM TIME OF TWO HOURS, DURING THE EVENT FOR CATERING OR FOR EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS BY FITTERS AT THE STAND (FITTERS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ON 15-05-25)
