Light guide Technology

Light guides for key lighting provide the optical wow effect in many hmi solutions.
With tailor-made light guides, we ensure that our customers' products are put in the right light.
One of our current developments demonstrates our possibilities with light guide technology:
- Three separately controllable RGB LEDs close together behind acrylic glass showcase the capacitive buttons.
- The dead-front surface makes unlit keys disappear and illuminated keys still appear extremely bright.
- The light guides refract the light from the LEDs and thus create a homogeneous light ring
- Light barriers prevent the colors of the individual key backlights from mixing
