miniMES5.0 & xMES

Web-based MES solution, which connects factory operators via a browser on any fixed or mobile device to plan, monitor and track all production progress and anomalies in order to finalize all production order processing. It has a "Results" area which, thanks to the integration of business intelligence functions, allows all production data to be analyzed in a continuous improvement logic. It can be installed on the factory server or on third-party IIoT platforms.
The MES component is available in two versions:
1. miniMES5.0, to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises not yet equipped with digital systems a simple, easy-to-use and cost-effective digitization tool.
2. xMES, which adds features such as flexible scheduling, intralogistics, shift and personnel management, production asset maintenance, supplier chain integration, ESG monitoring (e.g. energy consumption) to the miniMES functionality. xMES is suitable for companies that have already adopted an Industry 4.0 approach, medium-sized and large companies.
