LEVEL SENSORS FOR LIQUIDS

Floating level switch - Conductives

CAMLogic offers a wide range of specialized level switches for detecting liquids, both conductive and non-conductive. These measuring instruments differ based on their operating principle for point level detection.
CAMLogic level switches provide reliable control of material levels inside hoppers, tanks, or silos. All products can be customized according to specific customer requirements using our configurator. Browse our extensive range of level indicators.

1.Float level sensors are electromechanical instruments which detect the level of fluids and liquids through a float and a microswitch on the signaling circuit (without the need for power supply). CAMLogic offers two float models: the PFGLP and the CLR20. They are suitable for food and corrosive liquids. The CLR also has a permanent magnet and frictionless reed contacts, making it robust, reliable and easy to install.

2. Conductive level sensors operate based on the material's conductivity. When the material comes into contact with the sensor's metal rods, it completes an electrical circuit, triggering the relay to switch and signaling the presence of the material.
CAMLogic conductive level indicators can be installed either vertically or horizontally; however, the incoming liquid flow must not directly hit the electrodes to avoid false switching. The indicator rods, generally supplied with a length of 920 mm, can be shortened as needed or customized to the desired length.
